The challenge
The client had a feature-rich smart socket, but the product was too complex and too expensive to win a large-scale contract in Saudi Arabia.
A cost-optimized variant was required — without sacrificing connectivity, compliance, or time-to-market across three regulatory regions.

Engineering Approach
The strategy focused on reuse, parallel execution, and certification-driven architecture from day one. The goal was to reduce cost without triggering redesign cycles or compliance risk.
